This past Sunday the 2009 IAAF World Champions Championship was held in Berlin and all I can say is that I was amazed.

I know the focus was on the current world’s fastest man Usain Bolt—who goes by the fitting nickname of Lighting Bolt—and I totally agree the young man who is only twenty-two, is simply amazing.

But to me—all the participants in the Championship are incredible.

The reason I say this is because to simply be there means—you have to be a world class athlete.

But back to Usain Bolt—I watched the race and to me he does not even look like he is trying—of course I know he is—but he just looks like the whole thing is simply a walk in the park for him.

Which when you consider the fact that the 2009 IAAF World Champions Championship, was loaded with talent, from Tyson Gay to Asafa Powell and others—it looks all the more impressive.

You have got to wonder how much faster he can go—I guess we will see.
